We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order, at the checkout we will give you the conversion rate in US dollars and Euros. Anywhere else in the world make payment in one of the three currencies and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Over Seas Shipments:
Outside the United Kingdom we will ship at the rate shown on the shopping cart. Please note our shipping charges do not include the duties and fees of individual governments. Our fees are the cost of shipment to the country of destination. Please be informed that if the package is returned we will make a full refund for the cost of the item but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please check on local customs and duties before ordering.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you do not want the items that you ordered from Sleepycozy you have 30 days to return them for a full refund. All tags must be attached and in original packaging in order for this agreement to be honoured.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the returns are because the items sent are damaged or the wrong colour we will pay for the return shipping and send the correct item or refund your money for that item if it is not available.
